ZZ Zelta Zivtina tariff ALL

ZZ Zelta Zivtina tariff ALL - Telstra operator blocks the SIM card without warning. Good afternoon! I have been a Vodafone user for over 8 years. I study in Melbourne, I live in the Melbourne district. So far I have used Vodafone tariff no. 3, I was really satisfied, because I could talk in all the most popular networks as much as I wanted and really without any limit. My calling habits are as follows. In the morning, on the way to work, I usually call my parents, who live in the countryside and use Okarte. The conversation lasts about 20-30 minutes. If there is still time, then call your girlfriend, we also chat for 15-20 minutes. She has a xMobile connection. Then, when there is a lunch break, then, of course, I want to call someone, because I have a limitless tariff ALL connected. Either way, call a friend, Amigo, and we'll talk friendly for about 20-30 minutes. When evening came, I went home, living there alone. Of course, I'm bored. Want to talk to someone. Then in the evening I call my girlfriend to BITI, in the evening we have been talking for about 40-50 minutes, after a conversation with my girlfriend I call my parents on Okarte, I asked, how then have they done work on the farm and tell them their adventures as I have gone through the day. The conversation lasts about 30-50 minutes. And so I called these close loved ones every day, because my parents live in deep fields, they don't have internet, but my girlfriend lives in her small town and it is only possible to meet us on Sundays. However, on Monday, November 4, during the day, the Telstra operator blocked my SIM card without any warning, preventing me from making calls and also preventing me from receiving incoming calls. When I went to the Telstra customer service center, the employee of the center immediately said that I had called a lot of other operators. When asked how many minutes a day I could talk to a girlfriend and how many parents, the employee did not know how to answer. The next day after writing my application, however, the Telstra operator resumed communication with my Goldfish. But now I'm afraid to call someone, and if my SIM card is blocked again by the Telstra operator? Why, then, is it said in TV commercials that Tarifs ALL includes unlimited calls to all the most popular networks in Australia? Why does the Telstra operator hide such very important information, so minutes per day or how many hours a month can I really talk to my relatives so that my SIM card is not blocked by the operator? Why is Telstra placing misleading advertising in the mass media? In fact, the limitless tariff plan ALL has some limit, which is known only to the Telstra security service itself. Why did my operator block my SIM card without warning? If I had known that I could not call my relatives three times a day from my ZZ. then definitely I would have chosen another mobile operator. I feel sloppy. Why does Telstra lie about the limitless tariff plan ALL? Why does Telstra engage in unfair commercial practices against its customers? How does the customer really know how long the customer can talk on the phone and how many times a day the customer can call the same number? Why does Telstra withhold such very important information that every user of the Tariff Plan ALL should know? Yours sincerely, Telstra customer Leo
