Incorrect items – not what ordered

I ordered a medium smoothie &;;;;;;;; it wasnt full. The cup was literally filled as if I ordered a small. When I called &amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp;amp; requested to speak to the Manager, I was told that I was speaking to them. Advertising special didn’t work

Received an email on a BOGO for President Day today and went. The email didnt have a redeem code and my app didnt load the special. I showed the email to the cashier and she was very rude and stated if it didnt come up on my app she cant assist me.
