He was rude and while i was explaining to him my symptoms he interrupted me like i was talking too much. Im sorry if he was notified at a bad time but i think he signed up for this!

I ask for a doctors excuse from work for 48 hrs. I waited for the note for 2 plus days. I spoke to 5 different customer service agents and 1supervisor who assured me she would research and call back within 1 hour. The supervisor never called me back. Horrible customer service and nobody can tell the truth!!!
