Customer service by phone or through a full bank. Cannot call for the third day in a row. Operators are busy all the time. It just looks like everyone has gone on holiday and no one has imagined leaving any information in the ScandinavianBank news section. Or just simply all completely at one place for those trying to call the bank over the phone. Those who live in cities have the opportunity to visit customer service branches, but what to do for people who live outside the cities, and the only opportunity is to contact over the phone? This is not normal.
