Service is a mess

They did a wrong delivery schedule, and we run out of oil ! The technician come to check why the boiler stopped ,bleeded the filter ,put the boiler to work and leave !5 minutes later it stopped again !I checked the tank and it was empty !I called then but they refused to call back the technician...
