We had bought a day trip to the Estonian resort town of Haapsalu on 01. 05. 19. Where the tour program promised us: 1. Panorama from the 38-meter high tower of the Bishop's Palace... 2. In the monastery you will be able to see the medieval medical laboratory and weapons collection... 3. Visit to the prison... 4. At the end of an exciting tour we will be delighted by the organ concert... When we got on the bus at 7. 00, the guide already told us that the organ will not be at the end, we sighed and settled down. But the guide, without blinking an eye, collected fees from each rider for 9. 00 dollars which we voluntarily paid. Arriving in Haapsalu, we found that we would not see anything from everything promised, because the monastery has been closed for restoration for a couple of years. Also guide services under each critique one sentence in lv... The next rus... It was also very disturbing... After the trip I contacted the company because we wanted our 9. 00euro back... But the only thing we could offer was a 15% discount for the next trip. We will never go with this company again and let others read what awaits them. It is very unfortunate that we did not read this many complaints in time. Maybe the vid should be interested in where there is quite a lot of money left from one such trip because no checks are issued at all.
