When I said he was lying and didn't change any fittings because I was following him, this man remained aggressive and said threatening. When I called the office, I was told that Sergei had a technical specialist and all issues had to be addressed with him. As a result, in the winter we were replaced by another company and said that the fittings on these windows have not been changed and the rubber is also old.
