Every time I call on a Skype now it rings, but then I can’t hear the other person who picks up. I’ve checked to make sure it’s not on mute. It just doesn’t seem to work anymore.

Redesign of Skype totally sucks. It’s more difficult to use, isn’t nearly as user-friendly, different parts of Skype just don’t work sometimes, and they dropped the message greeting and force us to use a female’s canned greeting and she has a British accent.
