Picked up 14 channels, but now picks up none; does nothing with the amplifier

I installed the antenna; it first got 14 channels; Each channel search gave me less channels. None I get none. Also, the amplifier does nothing. It came with no directions on its installation. Where does one install it. I put it in the only slot on my TV that would take it. I am at silviej4@***.com

I’ve been trying to return mine since right after Christmas!!!

I got a similar one for Christmas. I asked how much was spent on the one I got for Christmas. I was told they only spent $10 and it works just as well as the Skylink TV antenna and I spent $50. And now, NO ONE can reach anyone to return this product. I live in PA,... Read more➤

I ordered it on February 23 & I still have not received it

Yes maybe it’s to late in the day. When I phoned them I was told to email them at support @***.com. I tried but not sure what I am doing. I would like to talk to someone about where it is!!
