I went to a SmartBank atm in downtown Chattanooga on cherry street about two weeks ago, I with-drawled 80$ and apparently didnt grab the cash in time. The money went back into the atm and I was still charged the full amount. Filed this dispute about 2 weeks ago and I still havent heard anything back. Thanks
Skyone customer service is very amazing. Everything I needed was done in a timely matter. I actually like this company because you can pay as you go or if theres a issue they most definitely accommodate you. Thank you guys and looking forward to more great experiences.
Trying to activate my card. Am not sure if Im doing it correctly. Was receiving a paper check up until a week or so ago
This card is ridiculous, my company is putting my money on it but I can’t transfer the money to my account. The man I spoke to was short, cut me off and I am very displeased with this entire company User’s recommendation: Don’t get this card!
When I tried to activate my card it said my account information wasnt up to date and I had to wait 24 hours. I dont have 24 hours to wait I need to be able to access my card now
