Still doesn’t work

Over the period of 6 months I have taken Sky Bell off the mount, in hopes of rebooting….NO LUCK. When trying to contact customer service even the reCapcha I am Not a Robot feature is disfunctional. I have installed Skybell 1.0 for one year now and am terribly disappointed with its motion alert feature or annoyance as i would rather call it. 95% of all alerts are False Alerts. Our SkyBell modelTRIMPLUS_100****-F unit worked perfectly for 13 months. It was extremely important one day in July when we had a water disaster. Then, 30 days ago, it started flashing orange. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I purchased the SkyBell because of the award it won in 2014 at the CES. I was impressed by the quality of the video image which was very clear day or night. However, I have had many problems with the device: 1. The SkyBell loses its connectivity to the wifi very often…

Bad product.

This is my second Skybell. They work perfect for six months then they fail. Customer support always says that something is wrong with the voltage at my house. If that is the case then why does it work for six months?
