No product support

Tried to call support during business hours (2pm PDT on Friday). Recording said they were closed. Tried to enter a support ticket but the “Submit” button was inactive. The message shown says “Invalid question”. WTF!! User’s recommendation: You are on your own with SB. Roll the dice.

App not loading video

When trying to access video upon receiving notification, video playback is not possible. Also noticing no stored video files to playback when doorbell was used. all other functions are working such as the one doorbell is pushed and when motion is detected.

Stay away from this faulty product

I have had nothing but problems with my Skybell doorbell, from false alerts to going off line. Their customer service department does not return calls and I have never been able to speak to anyone, despite several messages and emails.
