Problem with reservation

Turns out the resort I was booked at said they didnt have my reservation, but skyauction confirmed it and everything went smoothly. User’s recommendation: Skyauction was good, they called me back and resolved the problem.

Web site addressed certificate as used.

SkyAuction replied immediately and was resolved to my complete satisfaction. I actually had to contact reservations instead of trying to use the certificate myself. All is good. User’s recommendation: Complicated times but my issue was addressed immediately and satisfactory.
