I placed an order, the store was closed and I received a message from Skip that my order couldnt be fulfilled. So I reordered from another store that was open because I wanted it. I was charged twice. My refund was refused.
They did not deliver my order and offered no refund or a discount. That’s truly unacceptable. The driver should have got paid, plus he got a tip.
