I applied for skip courier and no reply, its been more than a week got no email from them. Just wondering what is my app status?

Ordered Smoke’s Poutinerie Side Action Combo but the boneless wings are NOT with the order. Are the couriers not supposed to verify the order is complete when they pick it up? I’m wasting money here guys. Not the first time this has happened. Shame.
