poor service
On Friday night I celebrated my birthday in lunar bowling, we had received shoes, a friend gave me a big milkshake chocolate, I couldn't say thank you when I was let over by the service I give them back. I said I was just gifted and I wouldn't let him go while playing bowling, but they said that if I didn't return the chocolate, they wouldn't let us play. I gave it away (they put it aside somewhere, not, for example, in bags with my belongings to get it with their clothes when they left) and went to play. When I went home saying goodbye to my friends and completely forgot to take the chocolate, no one reminded me of it. On Saturday night, I remembered leaving it and going after it on Sunday. At the counter sat the same lady who was on Friday night and one more. I told the situation, I noticed my chocolate packaging in the trash at the table, the chocolate was eaten, another told me that the cleaner was thrown away by the cleaner on Friday, but the one who was on Friday and took the chocolate away felt guilty because she had eaten the chocolate herself platter hands. I believe that if I ate chocolate and did not order anything from their kitchen, they would have the right to reprimand me and then take it away, but what right do they have to take away my gift? It had only been two days, I understand if at least a week. This is not the first time this has happened.
