I was not satisfied with the result, which I also showed to the staff of the beauty salon. I also received unsatisfactory compliments about the performance of my hair, such as: 1. As a consumer, I am entitled to receive the service I have requested for a fee. And for the 92 dollars already paid, I don't want to pay more to try to turn everything in my favor, because it is not known where it would lead. And if I would like to express another displeasure, the masters would fight again, talk behind their backs again. I look forward to the response of the cabin, the management and the solution to the situation, as well as to this whole event, to the rectification of the situation and to the final solution, and I want everything to be taken into account so that such situations do not arise. Of course, the only loser in this situation is the client, because the master does his job and forgets without thinking about what happens next, because by chance the master has to walk with such a "masterpiece" on his head and the hair will not grow so fast. In the first picture there was a wish (at least something similar) and in the second picture the result. Obviously, the hair is yellowish. Is it the 21st Century or really couldn't the outcome be as in the first picture (at least something like that) ?
