Well, I wanted to share my sad experience in this so-called sports office. I don't even know where to start... it all started with the fact that I went to a job interview, which lasted me a total of 1. 5 hours. I realized that I liked it and they hired me. I started training as early as October 20, everything went very fast and I trained for 3 days very fast. As far as I understood, Mrs. Svetlana really did not like that I studied fast. So she dared to deduce from the blue that I was light-minded and indifferent to work, and to tell other administrators that I didn't like her would have to be watched. It didn't end there, then she thought of unjustifiably insulting me, saying that I was the so-called "sputter", which of course she told others again, not me privately about it,it already shows that she is like that if she can't say it to the employee herself. During the training, I was not officially drawn up, nor was I offered to sign a training contract or any other paper at all. This young lady still dared to ask if I would continue to work for them at all. Did she really imagine that when an employee found out that she was being slandered by a so-called manager who did not cope with her job responsibilities, she would continue to work for her..! I also wanted to mention that this institution highly values the foreign language-speaking people and customers who come to play sports. It is very easy and quick to notice, the attitude changes a lot when a Australian arrives for training and when a foreign language arrives. By this I mean, people dear ones, before you think of going to this office to work, think carefully about whether you need it, because neither the salary nor the working conditions are so brilliant. If you think that you still want to work there, then in front of the fairy tale, when Svetlana is one of those managers who has to "approach", so to speak, in Australian, you need to get dirty so that you can work there peacefully. It is very unfortunate that there are girl administrators who work in that office and receive a very ridiculous salary for their work there. The girls are very nice and helped to learn very quickly.
