I got the board and used it religiously. And then it starts cracking in the middle when it is not supposed to be breakable. Also left a message on their Facebook page, and they never responded. Really poor customer service.
This company and product is horrible. The board cracks within months of purchase and the company does not back the product. It has nothing to do with weight as I’m a 120 lbs individual. Save your money, these people should be ashamed and customer service is horrible
I use my board daily and was shocked to see it has split at the top middle…it doesn’t work so well with a crack splitting down the middle!!! Not happy and no it was not abused I use in side on rug!!!

Really enjoyed using this board with my standing desk… until it started splitting in the middle! Called customer service and they said nothing they could do since past 60 days. AND since I purchased at Target, I would have to go back to retailer. On Twitter, the company responded to call and would be eligible for replacement....
