Mobile Internet
I have been using Vodafone and using the ALL tariff plan for 6 years. About once or twice a month, I have to make calls to a number that is not from the most popular networks, so without knowing exactly when to make this call, I top up my credit in time. However, Vodafone deducts 36 cents from the loan every day for mobile internet, which I DO NOT use. When you need to make the above call, there is no more credit. When calling the service center, I explained that the mobile internet is off for me, because I only use wi-fi, they answer to go to a Telstra center, where my phone will be checked. and will return the money if the internet is really turned off. I will add that the amount of internet spent every day is 11-12kb for me. Telstra checks my phone in the center, but the money is not returned, although the internet is really turned off. Offers me to disable mobile internet altogether, which costs 3. 99. Several more times I have called the service center where I am trying to impress that I am using this internet even though all the applications and gps mobile internet are disabled. No coherent solution is offered. I don't think I would have to pay these € 3. 99 to sign up for mobile internet if I have already deducted 2x more.
