Misleading customers
First and last time I will shop in this "store", brutal misleading customers: we had ordered several items, there was information at the time of ordering that is available and the delivery date was specified on 06.08.2019, which was very suitable for us, because one of the goods was intended as a gift to a close relative who had come from Sweden for his birthday on 08.08.2019. We had ordered the goods on time, 2 weeks in advance and had prepaid. Around the first of August we received a reply from 110.shop that the mentioned goods are not in stock, therefore the delivery time has changed to 14.08.- simply excellent, keep it! As a result, the person left empty-handed and I had to send a gift to Sweden, which cost me 27 USD. In terms of economy, I can say that if this product were available in a store in our city, I would of course take it on the spot, not order it in the online store. Of course we received apologies from the manager, but the feeling of bitterness still remains. Sorry, I no longer trust this store.
