No phone contact for over 2 weeks

I used my password to sign in, and all of a sudden it does not work, Then I get notes of interest from others and I cannot respond because the site will not let me change passwords

I was only thinking about joining, had an issue answering one of your e-mails and I get a message saying a reply will cost me a $1.00 all you people want it my credit card number, thats a turn off from the start. User’s recommendation: Don’t.

Messages that I send in text form partially disappear as I try to send.

Tried contacting Silver Singles customer service, with no luck. The phone number listed doesnt seem to work. The address on the website has yielded no response.
