Misleading the customer
Customers Vodafone be vigilant and careful! Vodafone provides misleading and incomplete information about the extension of the service. I have deposited money into ZZ's account so that the office can extend the term of the service, but the service was not extended. As Vodafone explained, I "am guilty myself, read carefully what is written in fine print and between the lines". As a result of this Vodafone action, I lost about 4,500 minutes of calls and about 4. 6 GB of Internet, which is ZZ's attitude towards customers who have used ZZ's services for a long time.
