Quartz countertop

I remodeled kitchen had new cabinets and countertops put in. Silestone Helix Counter top was installed in February of 2019. fraud, undelivered goods, non-refund

I ordered a computer power supply. Order number OI / 2/93207. The order was placed on 31.10.2018, after a while they called back from the store and announced that the product could be delivered next week. Clarify which half of the week to which the consultant responded in the first half of the week. So from 8.11-10.11.2018. As the status of non-shipped orders did not change for more than 3 weeks, on 23.11.2018 I wrote an e-mail to the address indicated on the website [hide] @ 2u.info, with a question about what happens to my order and when delivery will take place. Nor did anyone consider it necessary for me to reply and explain why the obligations were not being met. On November 29, 2018, I wrote again to find out what happens to my order, as well as offer to return the money voluntarily, if they are unable to meet their obligations. The most interesting thing is that when I visit www.2u.info my account report I see that there are no orders that are not fulfilled or are in the status of processing. Instead, in the order history section, there is scant information that such an order has existed and its status is a refund. No one from this company has contacted me, when the money will be returned, it is unknown. The whole operation of the company, or rather the inaction, the failure to fulfill its obligations, shows that it is a fraudulent office that earns on the interest-free turnover of customers. In normal countries, such a company would have been suspended for a long time and someone would be punished. Here we have to fight for the return of unduly withheld funds.I do not recommend anyone to get involved with this online store and disseminate information about this company as much as possible in the online environment. Hoping law enforcement will finally respond.
