Poor service
I was visiting Merkel Street in Oporto today. At around 5. 30 pm access to the box office and there is no one there. There is only one employee and the same is in the kitchen. The music sounds insanely loud and at the box office. Two employees turn around and sit at the table. A guy and a girl. They are both talking to their friends. Yes, I understand, I want to talk, but work is still work. I'm waiting at the checkout. Then they start talking about who will go to serve. Do I really have to stand and wait for the staff to finish talking to friends and come to serve me? The guy comes to the box office. Talk to me very unkindly. The feeling that the whole conversation would be disrupted. The music sounds so loud that I can't hear what I'm saying myself,where either guy on the other side of the cash register. The tables are dirty. There is nowhere to eat. I'm going to ask for napkins. He gives with his eyes turned and mutteres something to himself. The whole cash area in the bard. Thanks, it was very tasty, just the service isn't the best.
