I ordered the pay-per-view fight between Mayweather and Paul and your server is down. I want a refund!

I ordered the Mayweather/Logan Paul pay-per-view fight &;;;;;;;;;;;; in the middle of watching the pre-fight, Showtimes server went down!! You cant reach customer service because so many people are calling in. I will never use showtime again and I want a refund! User’s recommendation: Never use showtime again!

Paid for Pay-per-view and can’t watch it.

We paid for the paid per view channel for the Mayweather fight and it is not showing up on our TV. Assistance is needed. User’s recommendation: Have live phone service available.

Can’t see fight I payed for

i paid for the fight. Downloaded showtime. The App wouldnt even let me sign in. I tried for an hour. I finally got logged in and and then the it booted me out. i would like a refund because im not able to view the fight i paid for. I went through all of the help section... Read more ➤
