Policy Issues

-Refused to return prescription. Prescriptions are a part of the health care record. The patient has a legal right to his/her health care record. -Refused to verify AARP number and expiration date via phone or computer to use for discount. -requires FULL payment a time of order. User’s recommendation: Go elsewhere.
