Barangan tidak sampai dan telah melebibi tarikh masa yang ditetapkan

Barangan saya masih tidak sampai pada tarikh 31/7/2021 yang sepatutnya sampai. Sehingga hari ini 1/8/2021 masih tidak ada barang yang sampai di rumah saya. Dan status perjalanan barangan saya terhenti pada tarikh 29/7/2021 dan sehingga hari ini tiada pergerakan susulan. Terima kasih
