Unhappy customer

I ordered 4 jumpsuits, I received 3, I tried for a whole week to call, email, text still no response. I even sent a message on instagram no response this is bad for business . I don’t know how to get a response from this company

No offense, but how can you wear that. I bought the boots, of course they look supercool and the color is bright green, but I can’t walk in them, I can hardly even stand in them. These clothes are just for pictures, I’m very disappointed..
