Lack of communication and level of responsibility
I ordered a car spare part, the package is coming from Poland, arrives quickly, within 3 days. I receive an e-mail that a package will be delivered to my home address on Wednesday from 1 pm to 2 pm. Of course, on Wednesday I am at work and not at home, I follow the e-mail instructions, I change the delivery date. I changed from Wednesday to Friday, everything is fine. Call the courier, Says that (either on Friday nothing will meet, maybe we can on Thursday). I reply that I am also at work on Thursday, but I will be responsible for having the package delivered to my work address on Thursday, because the package is needed. Thursday arrives, the package is not delivered, information that the package has been at the sorting center all day. Friday is coming, an email is coming, that the package will be delivered today to your work address (although I indicated that delivery is on Friday to your home address). In the end it turns out that I point to one, the courier says that you can't then offer another, in the end something completely different happens. iExpress certainly doesn't mean anything, but I will never use their services in my life. But the package is very necessary, inside spare parts worth 500eur and not some t-shirts or other unnecessary things. PS I called on kac, there I was offered to leave the parcel in the machine. And when I asked if there was any vending machine in Melbourne, I was told that only in the vicinity of the indicated address what is meeting is the work address and today is not on the way at all. Delivery, of course, only on Monday, as a result of which everything is delayed. But the girl kac was kind and responsive, didn't print on her that iExpress can't deliver 1 package because I understand she's not guilty.
