2. on the evening of March stopped broadcasting Liva KTV. At first I thought that the fault in my cables, later it turned out that the neighboring apartments also do not show cable TV. I called Liva KTV customer service, who has to work from 8-22. I waited more than an hour for all the busy operators to be free and patiently pressed the key 1, as the telephone robot taught at the Liva KTV customer center, but in vain... to no avail... tired of warming my ear. I gave a voice message asking me to call and inform me about the situation around cable TV broadcasting. It took 4 hours and there is still no answer, Livas KTV does not broadcast anything either. Why customer service if the customer's calls are not handled and their voicemails are not answered promptly? Livas KTv themselves have indicated on their website that 8-22 is the customer service opening hours/ p>
