Poor service
When a parcel is delivered to the parcel terminal, no parcel delivery receipt is issued. A nearby iExpress employee confirms that this machine has recently broken down. iExpress responds to my written request for this problem (quote) : we would like to inform you that it is currently not possible to locate the shipment and it is considered lost. A discrepancy has been recorded which will be reviewed by the iExpress quality department. Please send a document confirming the value of the shipment. If the documents are not sent, the case is considered closed. I will inform you in writing in which closet when, when, when the package was handed over + a return sticker on the package with information + a return invoice. The package is found and identifiable. Correspondence on this lasts for days!
