Fraud and poor service
I went to send out the items and accidentally mixed the bags and sent the opposite items to both people. I wrote to the FedExs about my problem, and these asked me to pay for two more FedExs. I designed the shipments and sent them the codes. The whole process went quickly, I got answers quickly. After 2 days, both women write to me and complain that they received the wrong shipment. I wrote an FedExi letter to give me prepaid codes or a refund for the service - it took 2 days I didn't get any answer. I called them after these 2 days and told me that the courier had changed everything and that everything was fine. I say I had sent them pictures in an e-mail where you could see that the women were complaining about the wrong shipment. The answer is this - you do not have enough evidence and return the money you can not. Goodbye. The employee called Ruta : ) It is very unfortunate that it happened to throw away almost 17 AU$ for 2 shipments.. because I had to make an omnivore for the third time.
