Tarp rots quickly

I ordered one of these, and it went up easily enough. The frame is strong if you anchor it well. The included anchors are junk if you don’t have potting soil for ground. Structure destroyed

Purchased 12×20 rounded roof garage in a box. Roof did shed snow but it put so much pressure on the sides that it collapsed under a subsequent 1 foot accumulation overnight. Structure is useless. looks like fraud, very poor service

Sending prepay invoice; does not deliver the product after payment. Does not answer phone calls and emails. The handset was picked up once, but the employee said that the computer system was not working, so a specific order could not be checked. I left my number to check later and call back, but I didn't receive the call either. As their numbers are busy from time to time, it is possible that the company has not completely disappeared.
