Update by user Aug 09, 2021 Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Original review posted by user Jul 10, 2021 I placed my order in May Not received orders Due to arrve 10th to 12th june 2021 Order ref WJ33283****GB I am totally fed up and never ordering from Shein again.

Parcel not delivered although it says delivered

My parcel was delivered but the delivery driver stuck it out so carelessly, there are even pictures of proof of delivery. I have no Astro get through to them or to SHEIN and I just dont know what to do.
