Shipped me the wrong item

I didnt receive what I ordered, instead I received something that I didnt order at all. When I contacted their customer service, they misunderstood the issue and now expect me to return the items in my original order before I can get a refund. As didnt receive what I ordered in the first place, this is impossible.
