Does not match what is said

No longer tolerable. Oceancom promises a fast and powerful internet, but I still can't access several social sites. At first I thought it was the fault of the laptop, but when I put the Internet on my desktop computer, I realized that the fault was Oceancom. Why promise what you can't fulfill? If, I understand, ratings, etc. But aren't you going to get more people out of it?
