On approximately the 18th of Feb my wife was ironing a sheet with an almost 3-yr-old Shark GI468NN electric iron when it start shooting out electrical sparks which caught the cord on fire and burned a hole in the sheet and the top my wife was wearing. The iron gets very little use so still looks new....

I have called and spoken to also written customer service and they just run me around I do not understand User’s recommendation: Never buy from ninja your customer service is so unprofessional..

About ZZ's prepaid tariff plan "Cost per unit" Goldfish apparently wants to get rid of customers who use these prepaid connections were mostly used only for incoming calls. The daily fee, or 0. 05 AU$ per day, is a subscription fee that is charged to ensure the provision of incoming services and the total Goldfish service. It has been implemented since 11. 03. 2019. There was no "Daily Fee" before that date.
