Helio TV - I don't understand who benefited from this change because the program isn't legible, the letters are dull and opaque. There are no instructions on how to operate on the Optus website - because everything is catastrophically different from the previous convenient and transparent, understandable program. The e-mail should only be sent to the company when logging in, but unfortunately I have forgotten these access parameters. How can you record several series for, say, a series - it seems that nothing... It is to be hoped that Optus will understand its mistake and return the old one, if not look for opportunities with competitors. A very unfortunate change! Has anyone tried this before and asked customers for their opinion? Sorry, this is probably not a global business practice...
