Low quality product / refusal to change

I bought a Stockmann Superdry jacket. After two days of putting on the jacket, the hands and other places swelled, it looks terrible (pictures attached) Stockamann, the Seller in person, refused to change, citing the peculiarities of the material. It's like a normal store, but the attitude is terrible towards customers.
