When I arrived at the same branch on 15.10, it was announced that the card was not there yet and I would have to wait 10 days for the card to be made, although no one told me at first. :) Ok, I left at 19.10, when 10 days have already passed, but of course the card was not there yet, and now I will say that immediately call will be soon (plus all that time the employees spend to check if the card has arrived is any 20 minutes - by long). Especially it no longer makes it a hassle on this issue. 27.10 in the morning I received a call that the card is ready, I left, I picked up, but to activate, I have to call the operator myself and then after some time to work. The call operators said that my card could not be found at all - there was no such card. I returned to the bank, where they said that there were some problems again and it was possible to activate the card only after 18:00, so I reconciled well. Of course in the evening I try, but not. :) 28.10 I go to the bank to find out what the problems are. And now the best begins. : D I asked why I can't activate my card - there is a problem with the system. I have to wait 15 minutes for an answer to that, which is ridiculous too much to get such a simple answer. I said then to give a lot of money, the employee says ok to come. It didn't take more than 25 minutes after I received a response to ensure an attempt was made to activate the card. I say I want cash, his "Oh, now you can't". Nafig I had to wait for such a time to get such an answer, if at first I was told that yes, ok come to give. When I finally activated the card, of course, another surprise, it can be used only after 4 h. Well, then I just turned and laughed out of the bank. If so, responsible and active persons working in the bank, well then sorry. So incompetent and ignorant people have no place in the bank.
