Good evening. I was faced with an unpleasant situation that in this www.1a.info online store. The product sold does not match their own description! I ordered a laptop, everything was due - delivered, I'm happy, everything is happening and I had to burn one DVD here. Ops, look at the drive it is not. I look - I think I made a mistake when ordering, no black on white - there must be a disk drive. Calling there, I get an "error on the website" and "the train has already left..." because I didn't notice it in 14 days! I agree, it's my fault - I didn't check it right away, but if I didn't need the drive, I would still be happy, even though only 23 days have passed since the purchase. Tip - CAREFULLY CHECK WHAT THIS STORE DELIVERS TO YOU! I was not offered any solution, 14 days passed and it went through, and that's because the wrong information is all right.
