Poor service and fraud

I turned on helio tonight, I'm frustrated, very embarrassed. And when reading complaints, which are not small, like Optus, forcibly switches to helio. I'm not sure if customers really have a choice, but we pay money. I want to go back to the old version. I have been brought up to ask for all permission, in this case, no one asked me for permission, took and connected. Where ethical norms and people's right to choose remain. Fui...
