Left earphone not working

Respected sir/madam This side Sonali Patel (your customer)From India.I bought sennheiser earphone CX275s on october 17th,2020 and i got 2 year warranty with that but its been only 1 year and suddenly one side of earphone is not working and I’m really facing hectic problem with this . I have all the required invoices.
