Poor service, no communication with customer
Very poor service! No communication with the client! The situation is like this - I take my phone and the repair handover point, make me happy that in a week it will be ready and the price is satisfactory for repairs! As I do not live in Quebec, I went after it with a 4-day delay! As a result - the phone has not been repaired, the phone has not even been brought to this point where the toll and the answer is simply fascinating - Why I was not called and nothing was reported that the phone could not be repaired and why the phone was "marinated" for so long!
