Blinds cut wrong and order wrong

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY THAT I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!!! My experience is similar to many of the other complaints. I first placed an order in early August 2010. I ordered verticals for my doorwall on December 17, 2009. They're website said they ship 3-5 business days after ordering. Very poor service

I didn't receive the shipment from Germany for a long time, although tracking the shipment showed that three days after arriving in Australia, no one was with me yet. had not contacted. No one called me or warned me when the courier would arrive. On the fifth day, I received a letter that the courier had been, but had not met me at home. This cannot be the case, as you cannot enter your home without knowing the door code. This means that the courier had not even tried to get to the address. Upon receiving the letter, I called Itella to find out when I could receive the shipment. It's hard to call - I was on the phone line for 11 minutes in standby mode, "because all operators are busy". When I called, the unkind operator said that since it was Friday, I had to wait until Monday - and be home all day because she could not predict when the courier would arrive. Finally I decided to go to Melton after the shipment myself. So, plus 5 dollars for fuel. I do not support this company or this business and I recommend not using it. There are many MUCH better companies. Admittedly, the staff on site were kind and responsive.
