Talk to inmate

I put $50 on my card so he could call me. Every time he calls, I push a 1 like it says then it tells me #6 is to stop calls. I am not hitting 6 at all! If more money is needed then let me add some more to it.

I have paid 3 times and didn’t get through.. it kept saying waiting on inmate.

I have not been connected to my son an inmate 3 different times.. it says waiting on inmate all 3 times.. Im not giving another dime til this is corrected..
