WORST SERVICE IN Victoria! In mid-October, the phone was handed over to this service with one problem - the USB port needs to be replaced. 1. The office looks like a trash can - screws and parts everywhere - and it's at the reception table! 2. The employee indicates that the phone will be ready in a week, but by calling again the deadline is extended. Acceptable, indicating that telephone repairs are difficult. We repeat the call after 2 weeks - Not ready. 3. -We will call you back immediately. The service does not receive a call. 4. In total, after 5 calls and now for 30 days, the manager's number is given and then the boss himself calls. Justified for something. Offers home delivery! and a 5 CA$ discount. We name the address, but the phone is not brought anyway. I FORGOT TO DELIVER TO THE COURIER! 5. 35 - 5 dollars is paid for the replacement of the usb port..., it is a pity that you do not have fine soldering equipment yourself. When unscrewing the phone, of course, I appreciate what was done - the port burned, which would not matter, but... The LED sensor that indicates whether the battery is charging or not (green / red), which is quite far from the port, is burned by a third.
