Fraud, poor quality product

I would like to warn all citizens who shop or plan to shop in RD Elektronics stores. Please check before you buy any phones - make sure you really need them. This network offers very low quality telephones. We bought an iPhone 5S. Already in the first month we found tel. defects. When we brought back to the store, no one listened to us. Picked up on a warranty, held for a month and returned. We spent a week and the same. Both filed a request for an exchange with me and rejected it. The attitude is terrible, especially on Third Street. I will never, ever come to this company.
