Poor service, difficult use

Hello! Very inconvenient use of "Helio" TV, Optus's interactive TV was more satisfied, then it was simple and clear to find recordings in the archive or to repeat a program, now it is all complicated and difficult to understand. Why not warned in advance that there will be such a "Helio" TV service and some kind of understandable advertising, suddenly introduced and everything. Viewer from Riga-Anita.
